PRO: Being a technophile, Ciono is amazingly adept at working with all things technical. Having learned programming from the famous, and presumably dead FyberOptic, Ciono is fairly good at reprogramming robots and robotic monsters.
CON: Vulnerable while trying to build/program.

==DESCRIPTION==
Ciono is a Millemminal from way back when. He learned many things from the Labship before it was destroyed, including many lessons from FyberOptic on complex programming. He also tinkered alot with all sorts of technology. Many a time was it that a Labber couldn't find their com link or PDA. It was most likely up in the vents of the labship, being modified by this little imp. Back before the Labship crashed, he stowed away on the Skylark. Lark was nice, but she soon tired of his constant tinkering and he was given into the car of Ffej. Not amazingly strong, Ciono is mainly good for his programming and building abilities. He's most in his element is small areas with lots of machinery.
